Refund, Cancellation & Fulfilment Policy

At KristianKfitness, we are committed to providing clear and fair policies regarding our services.

Fulfilment of Services

All coaching services are provided digitally. Once your payment is received, your personalized coaching plan will be delivered via WhatsApp and my Coaching app within 24 hours. Ongoing coaching support is provided according to your agreed check-in schedule, WhatsApp and Zoom coaching calls.

Refund Policy

All payments for online coaching packages are non-refundable once the first package and/or deposit has been paid.

However, KristianKfitness offers a 4-week money-back guarantee — commitment dependent. If you have followed all training, nutrition, and supplement advice, completed weekly check-ins with full updates for 4 weeks, and have not progressed at all, we will refund your first payment.

Cancellation Policy

By purchasing coaching, you commit to a minimum of 12 weeks. Early cancellations within this period are not permitted, and the full amount will remain due. After the initial 12 weeks, your contract continues on a 4-week rolling basis. You can cancel this rolling contract at any time by emailing: finance.kristiankfitness@gmail.com. Please note that refunds are not provided for months already started.
